Information used by this portal
Google sign-in provides your name, email address, account identifier and profile image, when available. The portal uses these to identify your account and maintain a sign-in session. It does not request access to your Gmail, Google Drive or Google Calendar.
Information you or church administrators enter may include membership and contact details, household and small-group information, profile photos, reading progress, reflections, prayer requests, spiritual development records, service assignments, uploaded materials and financial entries.
First-time guests can submit contact details without an account. With their consent, these are stored in the private church follow-up list for administrators and editors. Guest submissions do not create member accounts. A temporary, hashed network identifier helps limit spam.
Who can see information
New accounts require church administrator approval. Approved members can see shared church content and basic directory information. Administrators have broader access to manage membership, approvals and church records. Share reflections and prayer requests only when you are comfortable with their intended church audience seeing them. Avoid including another person's confidential information without their permission.
Phone numbers and email addresses are shared with another member only after your approval. You can revoke that approval. Direct chats are visible in the portal only to their participants; they are not end-to-end encrypted. Personal giving logs are visible to their owner and are separate from the church financial ledger. Editors and administrators manage restricted spiritual-development records and evangelism contacts.
Hosting and sign-in
The church portal uses Cloudflare for hosting, database and file storage, and Google for sign-in. Essential session cookies keep you signed in. These providers process information needed to deliver their services. Embedded Canva presentations and other external resources may connect to their respective providers when opened.
Your information
You can update your registration profile in the portal. To request correction, removal or help with your account or church records, contact the church administrator at ccqconline@gmail.com. Signing out ends your current session; it does not delete your account or entries. Disconnecting Google access does not automatically remove records already entered in the portal.
